At Action Firearms & Accessories, Inc., we take pride in offering high-quality firearms, accessories, and services. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations policy on firearm sales. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Firearm Sales – All Sales Are Final
- All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm is purchased and transferred to you, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are legally eligible to purchase and own a firearm before completing the transaction.
- If a firearm is returned to us due to a failed background check or legal restrictions, the customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
2. Firearm Transfers & Shipping Returns
- Firearms shipped to an FFL dealer cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the buyer.
- If a firearm is damaged during shipping, please do not accept the transfer and contact us immediately to initiate a claim.
- Any firearm returned to us due to an issue with the receiving FFL dealer (e.g., refusal to accept transfer) will incur a restocking fee and return shipping charges.
3. Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranties
- Firearms and accessories may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If a product is defective, we encourage customers to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
- We do not handle warranty claims for firearms, optics, or other accessories.
4. Order Cancellations
- If an order has not yet shipped, it may be canceled upon request. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Special orders and custom firearm orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a store credit if applicable.
