Welcome to Action Firearms & Accessories, Inc. By accessing and using our website, purchasing our products, or visiting our store, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns or handgun ammunition, in accordance with federal law.
  • All firearm sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws before purchasing a firearm.
  • Action Firearms & Accessories, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Firearm Purchases & Transfers

  • Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer and cannot be shipped directly to an individual.
  • Buyers must provide a copy of the receiving FFL dealer’s license before shipping.
  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that their selected FFL dealer is legally able to receive the firearm.
  • Any firearm not picked up from the FFL dealer within their specified timeframe may be subject to storage fees or return shipping at the buyer’s expense.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Handguns: Flat rate of $30 (includes $500 insurance, signature required).
  • Long Guns: Flat rate of $55 (includes $500 insurance, signature required).
  • Additional insurance is available upon request for an extra fee.
  • All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery.
  • Action Firearms & Accessories, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once they have been delivered to the designated FFL dealer.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • All firearm sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
  • If a firearm is refused or returned due to legal restrictions, the customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee plus all return shipping costs.

5. Compliance & Legal Responsibility

  • The customer must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm purchases, ownership, and transfers.
  • Action Firearms & Accessories, Inc. is not liable for any misuse of firearms purchased from us.
  • We do not provide legal advice; please consult local authorities or legal professionals if you have any compliance concerns.

6. Privacy & Security

  • Customer information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for order processing and legal compliance.
  • We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties except as required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • Action Firearms & Accessories, Inc. is not responsible for any injury, damage, or liability resulting from the use, misuse, or improper handling of any firearm or accessory purchased from us.
  • All firearms should be used responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
